Cedar County Public Health, as part
of its disaster planning, is creating a registry of people who have any special considerations that we should know about in
case of a pandemic or natural disaster (i.e. flood, tornado, etc.). People will special needs include frail elderly, people
with medical conditions that require oxygen or insulin, and those who are mentally challenged. If you or someone you know
has a condition that would require you to have extra assistance in a large event, please click on the link below and fill
