Cedar County Public Health, as part of it's disaster planning,
is creating a registry of people who have any special considerations that we should know about in case of a natural disaster
as in a tornado, pandemic influenza. People with special needs include the frail elderly, people with medical conditions like
those on oxygen or insulin, or those who are mentally challenged. If for any reason, you have a condition or life situation
that would need assistance in a large event, please click on the link below and fill out the form and return it to Cedar County
